Bulgin is located in Spilsby Road Romford, just off the A12 near Gallows Corner roundabout. Directions to Meville Court. By Road From Junction 28, M25 take the A12 toward Romford. At the 3rd set of traffic lights (approx 2 miles) turn right into Tangent Link (this is just before a large B&Q), then right at the roundabout in to Ashton Road, left at the T junction in to Spilsby Road. Melville Court is 100yds on the right. By Train The nearest station to Melville Court is approximately 1 mile away at Harold Wood, on the mainline from London Liverpool Street.
